Abilash Amarasekaran

Abilash Amarasekaran is a Technical Lead at Servion Global Solutions since May 2022, with extensive experience in cloud engineering and technical support. Previously, Abilash worked at FULL Creative from November 2009 to May 2022, where responsibilities included managing AWS Connect implementations for contact centers and leading recovery efforts from Level3 phone carrier disruptions. Earlier in the career, Abilash served as a Senior Technical Support Engineer, providing remote IT support and troubleshooting company software. Abilash's technical journey began as a Technical Consultant at Progressive Infotech Pvt. Ltd., focusing on field support for major banking and industrial clients. A graduate of Anna University Chennai with a B.E. in Electronics and Communications, Abilash also completed high school with a focus on Computer Science at Rose Mary Matriculation Higher Secondary School.
