Rob Cass, PMP

Rob Cass, PMP has over 15 years of work experience in various roles. From 2005 to 2008, they worked as an Analyst/Programmer at Strong Memorial Hospital, where they provided desktop support for workstations and printers and assisted in the implementation of a paperless electronic medical recordkeeping system. In 2008, they joined Servotronics, Inc. as an Assistant to the President, providing executive and IT support to various departments. Rob later took on roles such as Sales Administrator and Director of Special Projects. Rob's most recent role at Servotronics was as the Senior Director of Information Technology, where they established and managed the corporate IT department and successfully implemented improvements to address workload balancing issues and process deficiencies.

Rob Cass, PMP holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Religion/Religious Studies from the University of Rochester. In addition, they completed a Mergers & Acquisitions Basics Certificate Program in Business Administration and Management, General at the University at Buffalo in 2011. Rob Cass has also obtained numerous certifications, including ASQ Certified Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB), Project Management Professional (PMP), ASQ Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB), CompTIA A+ ce, CompTIA Certified IT Operations Specialist - CIOS, CompTIA Network+ ce, CompTIA Secure Infrastructure Specialist - CSIS, CompTIA Security+ ce, and Notary Public, acquired in different years from various institutions.
