Sylvia Jayakaran

Sylvia Jayakaran is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in information systems and artificial intelligence operations. As a Senior Manager at Servus Credit Union since December 2007, Sylvia manages core banking applications and oversees 24x7 system operations, utilizing big data and AI to enhance AIOps within the DevOps framework. Previous roles at Servus include leadership positions in application maintenance support, technical operations, and quality assurance. Prior to this, Sylvia served as an IS Auditor for the Office of the Auditor General of Alberta and worked as an Oracle DBA at ADC, focusing on database design and performance optimization. Sylvia holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Madurai Kamaraj University and has completed professional education in No Code AI and Machine Learning from MIT.
