Kristine Weng Thorvildsen

Kristine Weng Thorvildsen is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in strategic human resources management and organizational development. Currently, Kristine serves as Partner, Board Member, and Chief Human Resources Officer at Serwiz, a company formed from a management buyout of Sodexo's Danish activities. Additionally, Kristine is involved in several board positions, including Become and the Servicebranchens Arbejdsgiverforening (SBA), and is a member of the DI Sustainability Committee and the DI Service Labor Market Panel. Previous roles include HR Director at Sodexo A/S, HR Director at Itadel A/S, and various HR management positions at NNIT, ISS Facility Services A/S, and Hilti Denmark. Kristine holds a Master’s degree from Copenhagen Business School and has attained multiple certifications in human resources development and project management.
