Currently serving as the Regional Sales Manager at SES Foam LLC since January 2020, Costa previously held key roles including the Senior Vice President at General Insulation Company and the Director of the Reverse Mortgage Group at Continental Funding Corp./Lehman Bros. Frank's expertise spans commercial and residential spray foam insulation, along with a proven track record in sales, business process improvement, and management consulting. Costa is an MBA graduate from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business and holds a BSBA in Corporate Finance from Bryant University.
