Phébée Racat

Phébée Racat serves as the CEO of TRAD'INOV since October 2016, guiding a B2B startup focused on product development, branding, and printing for the food, nutrition, cosmetic, and hemp sectors. Prior to this role, Phébée held positions at VusionGroup as Operations Manager & Senior Project Manager Tier 1, overseeing software deployment and product development, and at Belive.ai as Operations Project Manager, managing the launch of the American branch and handling significant IT projects. Early experience includes roles in marketing and communication, customer satisfaction, and private tutoring, complemented by a Master’s degree in Engineering from École de Biologie Industrielle and a year of study at the University of Limerick.
