Matthew Milligan

Matthew Milligan serves as the Marketing Director for the Americas at SES (Shannon Engine Support) since October 2025. Prior to this role, Matthew held the position of AVP Portfolio and Rental Operations at AerCap from November 2021 to October 2025, and AVP - Engine Leasing at GE Capital Aviation Services (GECAS) from April 2009 to November 2021. Matthew's expertise includes deal sourcing, structuring, and negotiation of aircraft engine leases and sales, along with leadership in cross-functional deal teams. With a deep understanding of the aviation industry, particularly in engine finance and leasing, Matthew is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Xavier University, expected to graduate in May 2024, after earning a Bachelor's degree in History and Business Studies from Providence College in 2005.
