Andres R.

Andres R. has work experience in two different companies. From January 2014 to July 2016, they worked for the US Army as a Satellite Communications Systems Operator/Maintainer. In this role, they successfully identified and resolved complex problems with large-scale operations. Andres also supervised and repaired major communications systems.

From July 2016 onwards, Andres worked for SES Government Solutions as a Network Operations Center Engineer. In this role, they directly interfaced with customers to troubleshoot and resolve circuit problems. Andres provided satellite access and managed network connections using various tools. Andres also collaborated with senior engineers to develop new technical solutions for customers.

Andres R. obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Networks and Cybersecurity from the University of Maryland Global Campus. Andres attended the university from 2015 to 2018.
