Jason Sharp, MBA, MSIT

Jason Sharp, MBA, MSIT has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Jason has been working at SES Space & Defense since 2017, where they started as a SATCOM NOC Engineer and later progressed to become a Space Engineer. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Space Engineer. Prior to that, Jason worked at DataPath, Inc. as a Satellite Communications Engineer for a year. Jason also served in the US Army as a Satellite Communications Operator for five years. Jason began their career at Archstone as a Communications Representative and later worked at Word of Faith Christian Center as a Minister/Department Manager. Overall, they have a strong background in satellite communications and a demonstrated ability to excel in engineering and managerial roles.

Jason Sharp, MBA, MSIT has a diverse educational background. Jason obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, specializing in Business Administration and Management, General. In addition, they earned a Master of Science (MSIT) degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from American InterContinental University. Prior to their master's degrees, they completed a Bachelor's Degree in Networking and Communications Management from DeVry University.

Before pursuing higher education, Jason attended Rhema Bible Training College from 2000 to 2002, focusing on Bible/Biblical Studies. Jason also attended Pierce College at Fort Steilacoom in 1999, where they pursued General Studies.

In terms of certifications, Jason holds several additional qualifications. Jason obtained the iDirect iOM certification from iDirect Government in June 2019, the ITIL v4 Foundation Level certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in May 2019, and the CompTIA Network+ ce certification from CompTIA in July 2014.
