Tonney A. Chandler, PMP has over 30 years of work experience. Tonney A. began their career in the US Army as a Signal Officer in 1986 and later became the Chief of the Tactical Communications Branch. In this role, they led technology integration efforts for the Army's Enterprise Architecture. After leaving the military in 2006, Chandler worked as a Senior Defense Analyst at Femme Comp, Inc, where they provided communications, operations, planning, and implementation of satellite systems. Tonney A. also negotiated a strategic alliance between the Department of State and a Department of Defense Agency. In 2015, they joined SES Government Solutions as a Program Manager.
Tonney A. Chandler, PMP has an extensive educational background in applied project management, public administration, and electrical engineering technology. From 2011 to 2012, Tonney attended Villanova University and obtained a Master Certificate in Applied Project Management. Prior to that, from 1999 to 2001, Tonney pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) in General Administration with a focus on Public Administration from Central Michigan University. Tonney's education journey began way back in 1981 at South Carolina State University, where they completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Electrical Engineering Technology. Additionally, Tonney holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, indicating their expertise and knowledge in the field of project management.
