Sharon Flores

Sharon Flores has extensive experience in human resources and operations, currently serving as the HR Operations & Project Lead at SES Water since September 2009. In this role, Sharon collaborates with HR colleagues and business partners to execute HR OPEX/CAPEX projects, focusing on digital transformation and optimization of HR information systems, while managing HR administration and ensuring compliance with ISO standards. Prior to this, Sharon worked at Reygate Driving School from July 2006 to September 2011 in various roles, including Senior Learning & Development Advisor, HR & Training Coordinator, Laboratory Administrator, and Driving Instructor, showcasing a diverse skill set in training and administration.
