Angelica Pelizzari

Born in 1971 in Brescia, she graduated with honors in Economics and Commerce from the State University of Brescia and a Masters in Economics and International Finance from the Catholic University of Milan. You followed the Executive program “Women in the Boards promoted by GEA” in Milan.

In June 2013 she joined the board of Facile.it SpA, a web brokerage company for insurance products and utilities, with the role of executive director in charge of management control, accounting and corporate affairs. On the occasion of the change of control of the group and the consequent corporate reorganization, in September 2014 she was appointed director of all the companies belonging to the Facile Group (Facile.it Group SpA, Facile it SpA, Facile.it Broker di Assicurazioni Srl, Facile. it Operations Srl) representing minority shareholders, with significant veto rights on confidential matters. You also hold the role of member of the Supervisory Body for the Facile group as part of the 231 regulation.

Since June 2012 she has been a director of Immobiliare.it S.р.А., a leading web real estate showcase company in Italy and actively participates in strategic decisions regarding governance, organizational structure, new acquisitions and the optimization of financial flows.

Since May 2004 she has been Sole Director of Anthos Vermogenserwaltung Gmbh, a real estate company under German law, owned by Italian entrepreneurs.

From November 2003 to August 2005 she was first Sole Director and then Liquidator of Lusfina SpA dealing with the factoring of non-recourse and prosolute receivables of third parties and of companies belonging to the Lucchini group. With full mandate you have dealt with corporate restructuring, negotiation and management of bank debt settlement, tax credit recovery, and finally liquidation and distribution to shareholder shareholders.
