Eric Nalley

Eric Nalley, CPA, currently serves as Director of Technical Accounting at SESAC, a role commenced in February 2024. Prior experience includes managerial and senior associate positions in Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) at EY from March 2022 to February 2024, as well as a financial analyst role focused on technical accounting at Occidental between June 2021 and March 2022. Eric's earlier experience encompasses assurance roles at EY and audit positions at Grant Thornton LLP. A judicial internship under The Honorable Marcia A. Crone provided valuable research and drafting experience. Eric also has a background in journalism, holding editorial positions at The Daily Beacon, where leadership in a copyediting team was demonstrated. Academically, Eric holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and a Master’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Houston, supplemented by studies at Tsinghua University.
