Alan Chavez has extensive experience in quality management within the food industry. As Gerente general de calidad at Sesajal S.A de C.V. since June 2015, Alan has led efforts to ensure, verify, and control the quality of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods while developing improvement plans for quality processes. Previously, Alan served as Coordinador de laboratorio, where responsibilities included assuring product quality in accordance with quality plans and applicable regulations. Prior experience includes the role of Jefe de aseguramiento de la calidad at Laboratorio Industrial de Control para Alimentos from April 2010 to January 2015, focusing on the assurance of analytical methods. Alan holds a posgrado in Gestión de la Calidad from Universidad del Valle de Atemajac and a degree in Ingeniería Bioquímica from Instituto Tecnológico de Morelia.
