Cristina Martín López

Cristina Martín López has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on talent management and development. Cristina started their career in 2003 as a Labor Manager at ISS Facility Services, where they handled various HR tasks such as employee onboarding, contract management, and payroll. From 2005 to 2011, they worked as an HR Technician and Assistant Director at Miarco S.L., a manufacturing company. In this role, they gained experience in managing a workforce of 160 employees. In 2012, they joined Plastic7a S.L. as an HR Technician, responsible for recruitment, training, and onboarding processes. Most recently, they have held the position of People and Talent Director at both Sesame HR and Zeus - Smart Visual Data since 2018.

Cristina Martín López began their education journey in 1998, earning a diploma in Labor Relations from the Universidad de Valencia. Cristina then pursued further studies at the same university and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Labor Sciences, specializing in Human Resources in 2003. In 2007, they attended SGS Tecnos to complete a Master's degree in Occupational Risk Prevention, focusing on Work Safety. Continuing their professional development, in 2018 and 2019, they enrolled in the Programa The Power MBA Future Leaders at thePower, specializing in Business Administration and Management.
