Vicente Balaguer

Vicente Balaguer has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various industries. Vicente is currently working as the Customer Success & Services Director at Sesame HR since March 2022. Prior to this, from January 2021 to March 2022, they served as the Head of Customer Success at ASPY Prevención. Vicente also worked at Doctoralia for nearly four years, starting in May 2017 as the Team Leader of Customer Success until January 2021. Before that, from February 2016 to March 2020, they were Co-founder & Business Development at Optipiso. From October 2012 to February 2016, they worked as an Executive Account Manager at Colectivos Vip. Vicente started their career at idealista as a Customer Success Specialist and Account Executive in March 2012, and then moved on to Sotto Tempo as a Project Manager / Account Manager from March 2010 to March 2012. Vicente has also held positions at Druni as an Area Manager from May 2009 to January 2010, and at Decathlon as a Universe Manager from September 2008 to May 2009.

Vicente Balaguer pursued various educational qualifications throughout their career. Vicente first attended ESIC Business & Marketing School from 2021 to 2022, completing a Specialized Course in Customer Experience Management, focusing on business, management, marketing, and related disciplines. Prior to this, from 2014 to 2015, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the same institution, specializing in business administration and management. In 2009, they completed a Postgraduate course in Strategic Marketing at ESIC, emphasizing strategic marketing and commercial management. Earlier, from 2003 to 2008, they studied at the University of Plymouth, earning a Higher Diploma in Marketing and Commercial Management, emphasizing business, management, and marketing. Lastly, Vicente is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Multimedia at the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya, a program initiated in 2018 and expected to conclude in 2023.
