Philippe RIZAND currently serves as the Directeur du département Développement de l’Offre at SESAN since April 2022. Previously, from July 2003 to March 2022, Philippe held the position of DSI at Institut Curie, where the DSI was formed on January 1, 2016, consolidating previously independent IT teams from the hospital and research center. Philippe also served as DSI for the Ensemble Hospitalier, resulting from the merger of Hôpital de l'Institut Curie and Centre René Huguenin in Saint-Cloud. Philippe's career began at RHEA, where responsibilities included engineering from 1993 to 1998. French non-profit organization that was created in 2008 and that aims to create synergies between (public and privately-held) healthcare structures or associations such as Hospitals, Radiology Practices or GPs association, in the world of Information Systems. -- Le Groupement de Coopération Sanitaire des Systèmes d’Information de Santé d’Ile de France (nommé GCS D-SISIF) a pour objet d’améliorer les conditions d’activité de ses membres en facilitant : • L’interopérabilité et la mutualisation au sein des systèmes d’information de santé d’Ile-de-France, • Le portage financier, • La maîtrise d’ouvrage des projets. Les membres du GCS sont les établissements de santé publics, les PSPH, les CLCC, les établissements privés et les médecins libéraux.
