Pam Teagarden

Pam Teagarden, MAPP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational development, diversity, and inclusion. Currently serving as Director at Authentum and Director of Operations at SESI Consulting Engineers, Pamela has founded multiple initiatives including the Next-Level Diversity and Inclusion Roundtable, aiming to enhance D&I practices in the tech sector. As Principal and Founder of TeagardenGroup, Pamela focuses on cultivating entrepreneurialism within corporate settings. Educationally, Pamela holds a Master's degree in Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Accounting and Finance. Previous roles include leadership positions at the Soluna Institute and Architects of Business, with a background in coaching and change management at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
