Currently serving as the Coordinator of the Innovation Area at SESI/RS, Fernando leads social innovation projects and multidisciplinary working groups while mapping trends in health and education. Previous roles include project manager positions focusing on applied research, strategic projects, and social initiatives, collaborating with Brazilian industries and NGOs. Fernando's entrepreneurial spirit was demonstrated as the founder and chef at FúD Gastronomia.
