Melissa Garcia has been working in the professional field since 2014. Melissa started their career as an IM3 trainer at STATE OF IOWA - Executive Branch in 2014. In 2016, they took on a role as a State Monitor Advocate at Iowa Workforce Development. Currently, they are a Customer Success Manager at Seso Inc. since 2022.

Melissa Garcia obtained their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Grand View University between 2011 and 2013.
