VP of Customer Experience at Seso

Peter Martinez-Fonts has extensive work experience in various roles in customer experience, customer success, consultancy, and public affairs. Peter is currently the VP of Customer Experience at Seso Inc. since March 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Snapdocs, starting as a Marketing Associate in June 2008 and progressing to roles such as Customer Success Manager, Director of Customer Success, and AVP Settlement Customer Experience. From 2008 to 2015, Peter worked at CEB, now Gartner, where they held positions as an Analyst, Senior Analyst, Consultant, and Senior Consultant in procurement, finance, and strategy practices. Peter also had a role in public affairs at NOAA in 2007.

Peter Martinez-Fonts has a BA degree in Political Science and Spanish from Wake Forest University. Peter also holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
