William Dembinski

William Dembinski is the current Head of Engineering at Seso, a fast-growing technology company that specializes in building a better labor marketplace for agriculture. Prior to their current position, Dembinski worked as a Senior Software Engineer II and Engineering Manager I at Autodesk, where they were responsible for across the manufacturing, architecture, building, construction, media, and entertainment industries. William also spent two years at BuildingConnected, an Autodesk product, as an Engineering Lead and Software Engineer. In their current role at Seso, Dembinski is responsible for leading a team of engineers in developing software that provides agriculture employers with an end-to-end labor solution including recruiting, visa automation, and workforce/compliance management.

William Dembinski studied at UC Santa Barbara from 2008 to 2013, where they achieved a double major in Bachelor of Applied Sciences and Bachelor of Arts (Spanish Language).
