Siva Panchanatham

Siva Panchanatham's work experience begins in 1994 at Oracle, where they served as a Technical Manager and Applications Engineering Lead. During this time, they managed the Applications Technology practice and led Oracle Consulting delivery teams for over 25 clients in a 3-state region. Siva also drove integrations, customizations, and data conversions for various projects.

In 2003, Siva joined Cisco as the ERMO Data Migration Lead. In this role, they led the design and development of ERMO data migration and DM automation. Siva also managed a team of project leads and engineers.

In 2006, Siva co-founded TekOptimize, a product and services start-up focusing on Enterprise Release Management. Siva pitched an integrated release management solution to secure a deal with Cisco as a strategic demand vendor. Siva built a team to develop and scale the product for Cisco IT.

In 2014, Siva became a Co-Founder and COO at Appedo, a start-up focused on a unified Application Performance Management cloud platform. Siva led product operations and set up agile process guidelines to streamline objectives.

Since 2016, Siva has been working at Session AI (formerly ZineOne) as a VP and later promoted to SVP of Engineering. Their responsibilities include system and site reliability engineering, ops framework automation, scaling operations, and cloud deployment automation. Siva also focuses on data engineering and solutions.
