Michelle Sanginiti

Michelle Sanginiti is an experienced attorney currently serving as an Attorney at Sessions, Israel & Shartle since January 2023 and as a Senior Associate Attorney at Portnoy Schneck, L.L.C. since October 2019. Prior roles include Judge Advocate for the Pennsylvania National Guard from May 2013 to August 2022, Associate at The Law Offices of Faloni & Associates, LLC from January 2017 to October 2019, and Associate at The Law Firm of Ryan E. Michelle has a strong background in creditors’ rights litigation, representing clients in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania and handling a high volume of legal documentation and courtroom appearances. Educationally, Michelle earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from Widener University-Delaware Campus between 2009 and 2011.
