Skye Merriman

Skye Merriman is an experienced operations professional currently serving as Operations Manager, General Manager, and Account Manager at Sessions since July 2020. Sessions focuses on urban regeneration by creating community-oriented food halls featuring independent restaurateurs. Prior to this, Skye held the position of Assistant General Manager at Shelter Hall Raw, the UK's first socially distanced food hall showcasing local brands and artisan produce. Skye also gained experience as Assistant General Manager at HIX Restaurants from October 2015 to April 2020.
