Jan Georg Sodies

Jan Georg Sodies is a Managing Partner and Founder at SET Management Consulting since April 2022, focusing on exceptional management and HR consulting, performance management, and fostering team spirit. Prior experience includes serving as Principal and Head of Business Segment at Horváth from October 2008 to March 2022, where Sodies managed functional accounts for a leading automotive group and was the global solution owner for financial accounting, with a strong history of successful transformation projects. Sodies has also held various positions at Horváth, including Senior Project Manager and Managing Consultant, and gained early experience as an intern and working student in different organizations. Academic qualifications include a Dipl.-Kfm. in Information Management from The Julius Maximilians University of Würzburg and a Certified Corporate Treasurer designation from the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management.
