Chelsea Fernandez holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Northwest Missouri State University. Chelsea has extensive experience in leadership and operations, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer, Interim CEO, and Director of Operations at Seton Center, Inc. since March 2023. Prior to this role, Chelsea spent nearly a decade at Apex Systems as a Senior Professional Technical Recruiter, where responsibilities included recruiting, training, and managing healthcare consultants, alongside client partnership management and continuous process improvement. Earlier experience includes serving as Director of The HALO Learning Center at The HALO Foundation, focusing on strategic planning and partnership management. Chelsea's background also features roles in technical recruiting and program coordination, complemented by experience in health IT training.
