Danielle Hanley (Davis), PHR, has extensive experience in education, mediation, and conflict resolution. Currently an Elementary School Teacher at Seton Home Study School since September 2020, Danielle also serves as an Independent Consultant for Arbonne since November 2018. Danielle's background includes roles as a Certified General District Court Mediator for the Commonwealth of Virginia, a Relocation Manager for the United States Marine Corps, and a Mediation Specialist for Fairfax County Public Schools, where additional responsibilities included serving as a Steering Committee Member and Facilitator. Earlier positions also involved administrative roles at Fairfax County Park Authority and the City of Alexandria, Virginia, in human rights investigations and internships. Danielle holds a Master of Science in Conflict Analysis and Resolution from the Jimmy and Rosalynn Carter School for Peace and Conflict Resolution at George Mason University and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from George Mason University.
