Thomas Cardy

Thomas Cardy has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Thomas started their career in the US Army, where they served as a First Sergeant for over 22 years. After leaving the military, Thomas worked at Raytheon as an Operations Manager and Systems Analyst, where they handled real-time data tracking and training users on data management. Thomas then joined Dresser, Inc. as a Global Trainer, where they developed training curriculum and presented training on pressure relief valves. Thomas later moved on to GE Oil & Gas, where they served as Training Manager, responsible for training channel partners and end-users on valve installation, operation, and maintenance. Thomas also served as Lead Service Manager at GE Oil & Gas, overseeing service operations. Thomas'smost recent role was at Setpoint Integrated Solutions, Inc., where they initially worked as a Corporate Compliance Manager, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Thomas then assumed the position of Director of Compliance & Training, responsible for regulation adherence and developing a technician certification program. Thomas has a strong background in compliance, training, and management.
