Kimberly Pederzani has a diverse range of work experience. Kimberly has worked at Dimension Hospitality as the Director of Training & Compliance since March 2023. Prior to that, they worked at the Internal Revenue Service where they held multiple roles, including being a member of the Taxpayer Advocacy Panel and the IRS Electronic Tax Administration Advisory Committee since September 2020. From August 2019 to March 2023, they worked at Toast as a Tax Regulatory & Compliance Manager and Compliance Manager, Employee Cloud. Before that, they worked at Greenshades Software as a Compliance Manager and Quality Assurance Manager from an unknown date in 2015 to October 2019. Kimberly also has experience as a Law Clerk at the Law Office of C.W. Wickersham from August 2014 to November 2015, as a Paralegal at Nichols & Pina, LLLP from June 2013 to August 2014, and as an Intern at the Family Nurturing Center from May 2012 to May 2013. Additionally, they worked as a Themis Student Representative at Themis Bar Review from February 2013 to December 2013, and as a Law Clerk at Cleaveland and Cleaveland, P.L. from December 2012 to June 2013.
Kimberly Pederzani's education history includes a Juris Doctorate degree in Law from Florida Coastal School of Law, which they obtained from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Legal Studies, General from the University of Central Florida from 2006 to 2010. During their time at the University of Central Florida, they also earned two certificates, one in Criminal Justice and Corrections with a focus on Criminal Profiling and the other in Women's Studies.
In terms of additional certifications, Kimberly obtained several professional certifications including "Practical Guidance for Complying with the CCPA" from Ogletree Deakins in January 2020, "Wage & Hour 2020" from Barnes & Thornburg LLP in January 2020, and "Payroll Administration Certificate Program" from the American Payroll Association in October 2019. Kimberly also received the "Citation of Merit" from the American Payroll Association in May 2019. Additionally, Kimberly received various awards during their academic years, such as the "Excellence for the Future Award in Public Speaking for Lawyers" and the "Excellence for the Future Award in Study of Criminal Pre-Trial Practice" from the Florida Coastal School of Law in December 2013.
Currently, Kimberly is pursuing a Masters in Taxation and a Master of Science (MS) in Taxation from Golden Gate University, starting in 2022.
