Khalid Sawalha

Khalid Sawalha is an experienced human resources and organizational transformation professional currently serving as the Head of People Experience and Transformation at Settlement Services International since April 2021. Prior to this role, Khalid was a Senior Business Process Consultant focused on Employee Experience and HR digital transformation at Enable Professional Services, an award-winning ServiceNow partner. Additional experience includes consulting roles with Deloitte and the NSW Department of Planning, Industry and Environment, as well as various HR positions with Uniting, Al Badia Cement JSC, Arab Bank, Yazigi Co, AWI Company, and Ericsson. Khalid holds advanced degrees from institutions such as Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford and Oxford Brookes University, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree from Damascus University.
