Nicole Smith

Nicole Smith is an experienced professional in the field of disability services, currently serving as the Head of Disability Services at SSI since October 2020. With a diverse background, Nicole has held various leadership positions, including Manager of Community Access and Manager of Innovation and Compliance. Prior to this role, Nicole was the Team Leader for SDA & SIL Environments at The Cram Foundation and served multiple roles at Settlement Services International, ranging from Service Development Coordinator to Ability Linker. Nicole's career began as a Primary School Teacher at the NSW Department of Education. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Primary Education from the University of Wollongong and multiple diplomas in leadership, management, community services, and disability from TAFE NSW.
