Sophie Hart

Sophie Hart is an experienced professional in culture, inclusion, and wellbeing management currently serving as the Culture, Inclusion and Wellbeing Manager and Organisational Capability Partner at SSI since October 2023. With a robust background as the Director and Managing Director & Head of Transformation Programs at The Serenity Collective since March 2017, Sophie has empowered over 400 Australian organizations through innovative learning experiences. Previous roles include Program Director at The Eventful Group, where Sophie focused on SAP technology training for ASX-100 companies, Project Manager at Resourceful Events in the mining investment sector, and Program Producer at Intertech Pira, specializing in technology innovation for various industries.
