Scott Eitelberg

Scott Eitelberg is an accomplished hospitality executive with extensive experience in restaurant and operations management. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Partner at Settlers Hospitality since September 2020, Eitelberg has a proven track record in the boutique hospitality sector, focusing on unique lodging and dining experiences. Prior to this role, Eitelberg was the Chief Operating Officer at OTG Management from June 2004 to August 2020, overseeing operations for a multi-million dollar restaurant company with over 300 locations across major airports in the United States and Canada. Eitelberg's prior positions include Director of Operations at both OTG Management and Johnny Carinos Tuscan Due LLC, as well as Area Director of Operations at Applebee’s Neighborhood Bar and Grill. Eitelberg holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Culinary Arts and Hotel Restaurant and Institutional Management from Johnson & Wales University.
