Bill Phillips

Bill Phillips has extensive experience in engineering project management and commissioning, currently serving as a Commissioning Specialist and Engineering Project Manager at CBRE | Heery since April 2015. Concurrently, Bill holds the role of Project Manager and Senior Commissioning Specialist at Setty & Associates since July 2017. Previous experience includes positions as a Mechanical Inspector at Heery International, Inc., and as a Senior Commissioning Engineer at Sebesta from July 1998 to July 2006, where responsibilities included project management following the events of September 11. Bill's commissioning expertise has developed since the early days of enhanced start-up processes. Bill Phillips received education at the New Mexico Military Institute from 1975 to 1976.
