Asha Singh has over 15 years of professional experience in the technical support and product analysis fields. Asha began their career in 2005 as a Configuration Analyst at Fidelity Investments, where they worked on Oracle Application under HOBS (Health and other Benefits System). In 2006, they moved to Thomson Reuters as a Content Quality Analyst, where they monitored the quality of data and prepared metrics reports based on monthly audits. From 2008 to 2017, Asha Singh was a Senior Product Analyst at Sabre Holdings, where they handled supervisory responsibilities and tracked, maintained, and produced quarterly reports. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as a Customer Support Engineer at HackerRank, where they were responsible for product support and communicated root cause analysis both internally and externally. Finally, Asha Singh has been a Lead - Developer Support at Setu since 2022.

Asha Singh has a B.Com in Commerce from Dr. B. R. Ambedkar University, Agra and a GNIIT in Information Technology from NIIT Academy.
