Theodoros Koutsoukis

Theodoros Koutsoukis has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Theodoros is currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Seurat Technologies since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Real Estate Agent at Peristyle Properties of Boston from October 2016, and as the Owner of Metals Consulting, LLC from January 2017 to December 2022.

In their earlier career, Theodoros worked as a Metallurgical Engineer at IPG Photonics from August 2015 to April 2022. During this time, they worked on various R&D projects and customer applications related to laser welding, cladding, cleaning, and cutting. Theodoros also specialized in metal additive manufacturing, laser-assisted cold spray, and battery welding.

From August 2013 to August 2016, Theodoros served as a Research Scientist at Worcester Polytechnic Institute, where they focused on the casting processes of aluminum alloys and contributed to alloy development. Theodoros Koutsoukis has a diverse education history. In 2005, they received their Bachelor's Degree in Metallurgical Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens. Theodoros then pursued further studies and obtained a PhD in Metallurgical Engineering from the same institution in 2011. In 2009-2010, they were a PhD candidate in Metallurgical Engineering at Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Mines de Nancy. After completing their PhD, Theodoros went on to do a Post Doc in the field of Casting of Alloys at Worcester Polytechnic Institute from 2013 to 2015. In 2019, they attended MIT Sloan Executive Education for a short course. Additionally, Theodoros has obtained several certifications, including "Machine Learning: Implementation in Business" from MIT Sloan School of Management in December 2019, "Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification" from the Management and Strategy Institute in June 2019, and "Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts" from the Board of Registration of Real Estate Brokers and Salespersons in November 2016.
