Ritu Chauhan (Karki) has worked in a variety of roles across a number of companies. Ritu began their career in 2008 as a Technical Support Officer at HCL Infosystems Ltd. Ritu then moved to Jobvista Management Consultants Pvt. Ltd. in 2012 where they worked as an Associate HR. In 2014, they joined Career Shapers HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. as a Sr. Recruiter - Position In charge. Ritu then moved to The River Overseas in 2015 as an HR Executive. Most recently, they have been working as a Human Resources Manager at Seva Development since 2021.

Ritu Chauhan (Karki) obtained their Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Information Technology from 2009 to 2011.
