Tej Dhillon

Tej Dhillon has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, founding and serving as President, Founder, and CEO of various companies within the Dhillon Healthcare Group. In 2019, Tej founded and became CEO of Seva Hospice, providing hospice services in multiple counties in California. In 2020, Tej founded and became CEO of Seva Home Health, offering home health services in several counties. Additionally, Tej founded and currently serves as CEO of Legacy Home Care Services Inc., providing private duty home care services in specific counties. Prior to their healthcare ventures, Tej worked for Sony Pictures Entertainment in global operations, focusing on improving operational efficiency and sales revenue. Tej also has experience in management consulting with Patpatia & Associates. Beyond healthcare and entertainment, Tej serves as a board member for Ingenuity BioSolutions, LLC. Furthermore, Tej previously owned St. Francis Assisted Care, a residential care community for the elderly.

Tej Dhillon has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance from the University of Southern California. Tej also holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Santa Clara University, where they focused on leading innovative organizations. Additionally, Tej Dhillon has completed an Executive Education program in The Innovative Health Care Leader at Stanford University.
