Previously, Ivan held significant leadership roles in the U.S. Army, including Chief of Sustainment Readiness Division for United States Army North and Chief of Logistics Plans and Future Operations at 19th Expeditionary Command. Ivan's military career spans various positions focused on logistics, support operations, and training coordination, demonstrating a strong capability in managing complex logistics initiatives and operational strategy. Educated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Michigan State University and a Master of Arts in Management from Webster University, Ivan also completed advanced military education courses, enhancing expertise in military logistics and operations.

Seven Generations Architecture & Engineering (7GAE) was founded in 2012 and is a Tribally-Owned, 8(a), Small Business that is wholly owned by Mno-Bmadsen, the investment enterprise of the Pokagon Band of Potawatomi. Seven Generations A+E is located in Kalamazoo, Michigan. We partner with purpose and intention alongside our clients on Tribal, Federal, and community projects. 7GAE has established a tradition of sustainable solutions inspired by our Indigenous lineage and the understanding that today’s generation is responsible for the prosperity of generations to come. Our collaborative, inter-disciplinary skillsets include research, planning, architecture, engineering, and interior design with a human-centered approach to creative solutions for built environments.
