Scott Hlavacek

Scott Hlavacek is an experienced culinary and facilities management professional with a strong background in the restaurant and hospitality industry. Currently serving as Facilities and Distribution Manager at Seven Stars Bakery since May 2018, Scott previously held executive chef roles at Hard Rock International and Wellesley College. Earlier in their career, Scott worked at AVI Foodsystems as a Catering Chef and held various managerial positions at Carlson Restaurants, where responsibilities included overseeing business operations for a substantial restaurant. Scott’s culinary expertise was developed further at Hyatt Hotel Corporation and Grand Hyatt D.C. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University.
