David French

David French has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Their most recent role is as the Finance Director at Seven West Media, starting in 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Financial Officer at Orexplore Technologies, a mineral technology business, from January 2022 to July 2022. Before that, they held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Lockton Companies Australia Pty Ltd from 2015 to 2021. David also has experience as a Contracts Manager at Clough, a Commercial/Finance Manager at LogiCamms, and a Contract Development Manager at SP AusNet. David started their career as a Business Analyst at HSBC and later worked as a Senior Accountant in the Corporate Tax Division at EY. Throughout their career, David has gained expertise in finance, commercial management, and contract development.

David French completed their education with a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in Accounting and Finance from The University of Western Australia in 2000. Prior to that, they attended John XXIII College for their high school education, graduating with a High School diploma in 1997. Later, in 2004, they obtained a CA 2004 Graduate Diploma in Accounting and Finance from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
