Ricky Kitay

Ricky Kitay serves as the Reward & Shared Services Director at Seven West Media since July 2025. Prior to this role, Ricky held various positions at Stockland from January 2022 to July 2025, including General Manager of Workforce Capability and Insights, and several senior management roles in Reward and Strategic Projects. Ricky's experience at Lendlease from April 2015 to December 2021 involved roles such as Reward Manager and Senior Reward Consultant. Previously, at Deloitte Australia from December 2011 to March 2015, Ricky worked as a Senior Analyst in Cross Border & International Tax, focusing on acquisitions and tax compliance. Ricky began the career as a Legal Intern at Shurat Hadin and a Law Clerk at Adams & Co Lawyers. Ricky holds several degrees, including a Juris Doctor from the University of Technology Sydney, a Graduate Diploma in Taxation from the University of Sydney, and a Bachelor of Business in International Business, along with a recent completion of the Company Directors Course from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
