Richard Morris

Richard Morris has extensive experience in planning and regulatory services, currently serving as the Deputy Chief Executive and Chief Officer - Planning & Regulatory Services at Sevenoaks District Council since July 2013. Previous roles include Chief Planning Officer and Development Control Manager at the same council, as well as Head of Planning Services at Elmbridge Borough Council. Richard also holds a partnership at Morris Russell Planning, leveraging expertise in Development Management, Planning Enforcement, Planning Policy, and Regeneration. Additionally, Richard served as a Trustee at the Town and Country Planning Summer School from October 2004 to October 2013. Richard holds a BA (Hons) PgDip in Urban & Regional Planning from Coventry University.
