Sri Ramya Enamundram

Sri Ramya Enamundram has work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Sri Ramya is currently working as a Technical Consultant at SevenPoints Consulting since November 2022. Prior to this, they were a Graduate Student at Columbia University from September 2021 to August 2022. Before pursuing their graduate studies, Sri Ramya worked at Infosys as a Technology Analyst from April 2018 to June 2021, where they developed and supported a Sales and Partner Portal for an Australian Telecom client on the Salesforce Community Cloud platform. Sri Ramya also implemented custom APIs for integrating Salesforce with external platforms and worked as a Senior Analyst - Salesforce, managing the design and development of an Order Management Portal and developing an Einstein Analytics Dashboard for a telecom client. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Systems Engineer, developing custom healthcare solutions and sales portals on Salesforce for clients. Their earliest role was as a Systems Engineer at Infosys, where they worked on providing a field service tracking solution for a Utility company using Oracle Mobile Workforce Management. Sri Ramya also has experience as a Summer Intern at the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay in 2013.

Sri Ramya Enamundram completed their Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University in 2010-2014. Sri Ramya then pursued a Master's degree in Technology Management at Columbia University from 2021 to the present. In addition to their formal education, Sri Ramya has obtained several certifications, including Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) from Scrum Alliance in June 2023, Salesforce Certified Business Analyst from Salesforce in April 2023, and Building a Product from Scratch from LinkedIn in November 2022. Sri Ramya also holds certifications in Data Analytics for Business Professionals, Project Management Foundations, Technical Product Management, and Transitioning to Product Management. These certifications were obtained in 2022 and 2023. Furthermore, Sri Ramya has certifications in Energy Production, Distribution & Safety from Coursera in January 2021, Salesforce Certified Community Cloud Consultant (SP19) from Salesforce in July 2019, Salesforce Certified Administrator (WI18) from Salesforce in January 2018, and Salesforce Platform 1 Developer from Salesforce in March 2017.
