Bronwen Sisca

Bronwen Sisca has over a decade of experience in client services and recruitment. As the Executive Director at Sevenstep, Bronwen partners with executive client leadership to understand hiring challenges and strategic initiatives. Additionally, as a Director at the same company, Bronwen leads recruitment programs for Fortune 100 clients and ensures quality control and account profitability. Prior to this, at IBM, Bronwen managed off-shore recruiting functions and implemented training. At CVS Caremark, Bronwen recruited talent and conducted onboarding activities. Bronwen holds a B.A. in Communications from the University of Rhode Island.
