Jerusalem Tekle, SHRM-CP, has over 17 years of progressive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Sr. HR Generalist at Seventh Sense Consulting, LLC since June 2019. Previously, Jerusalem held roles at BRTRC as an HR Associate from April 2011 to June 2019 and as an HR Generalist at Lee Technologies from October 2006 to May 2011. Early career experience includes positions as an HR Coordinator and HR Support, focusing on candidate searches, recruitment, and employee background investigations. Jerusalem's foundational experience in HR management began during an internship at EZ Wireless. Jerusalem holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Virginia Commonwealth University, completed in 2006, and graduated from Yorktown High School in 2002.
