Mohd Zamani Abdul Rahman

Mohd Zamani Abdul Rahman has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Mohd Zamani started their career in 2008 as a Network Support Engineer at Xtranet-IT Solutions Sdn Bhd, where they assisted clients with computer-related problems. In 2008, they joined Shinjiru as a System Administrator & Team Lead, responsible for systems administration, configuration, troubleshooting, and monitoring. Mohd Zamani then moved on to work at National Instruments as a Web Systems Engineer, providing support for web applications and ensuring 24x7 availability for customers. In 2015, they worked as a Fulfillment Advisor at DISYS, providing level 3 support for tool administration and content updates. From 2016 to 2017, they joined Dell EMC as a Software Dev Staff Engineer, followed by a role as a Product Operations Senior Engineer, where they provided senior L3 support for internal applications. As a Freelancer, they specialized in web hosting support, focusing on Linux server and supporting LAMP and LEMP stacks. Currently, they work as a Support Engineer at Severalnines, where their responsibilities and tenure are ongoing.

Mohd Zamani Abdul Rahman obtained their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka from the year 2004 to 2008. Mohd Zamani also received the Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) certification from the ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board in September 2018.
