Vinay Joosery

Vinay Joosery has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Vinay started as the Director of Sales and Marketing at Alzato in 2001 and held this position until 2003. From 2003 to 2008, they served as the Director of Telecom Market Development at MySQL. Following this, Vinay joined Sun Microsystems in 2008 and worked as the MySQL Telecom Market Development manager until 2010. Vinay then joined Pentaho as the Vice President EMEA from 2010 to 2011. In 2011, Vinay became the CEO of Severalnines, a position they still hold. In 2013, they also became an advisor to biobankcloud.eu, a role they served until 2019. In 2019, they became a Board Advisor at Logical Clocks and a Board Member at Elastisys. Vinay has been an advisor at biobankcloud.eu from 2013 to 2019.

Vinay Joosery completed their Bachelor of Science (Honors) degree in Computer Science from the University of Hertfordshire from 1997 to 1998. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (Honors) degree in Computing, with a specialization in Software Engineering, from Edinburgh Napier University between 1993 and 1995.
