Clare Munster

Clare Munster has a diverse range of work experience in the HR field. Clare began their career as a Graduate at Royal Bank of Scotland Business in 2007 before moving on to work as an HR Officer at Bolton Council from 2008 to 2011. In 2012, they worked as an Interim HR Advisor at SCA - Hygiene and Forest Products Company and later as a Senior HR Advisor at Park Cakes Bakeries. From 2014 onwards, Clare joined Severfield and has held various roles including HR Business Partner, Head of People Business Partnering, Head of HR Delivery, and currently, Head of Talent & Recruitment.

Clare Munster completed their Bachelor of Arts degree at Leeds University from 2003 to 2007. Later, they pursued a Postgraduate Diploma in HR at CIPD from 2008 to 2011.
